To purchase a product on our site, select from the available categories. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size, quantity and click 'ADD TO CART'. For all orders within USA ship cost is Free. For all worldwide orders, the price of shipping will be calculated once you nominate your delivery address. Your can also estimate shipping charges from the 'CART' page and by clicking on 'ESTIMATE SHIPPING'. If you would like to continue shopping and select another item, you may freely return to other categories or SALE pages and continue shopping. You may add an item at anytime, update quantities, or remove and item by clicking 'view' or 'edit your cart'. This will take you to a summary page of your shopping cart. Here you can also receive an estimate on shipping costs to your destination with the USA or overseas.
Once you are happy with your order click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button and you will proceed to setting up your account details, through to confirming your order — it’s as simple as that. Please note you will need your credit card details handy, including the delivery address to finalize your online shopping experience. When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and order details attached. Please make sure all details in the address field are correctly filled in-most importantly including email, telephone and delivery address. If by the unlucky chance you provide an incorrect email address at least we will have your phone number to contact you!
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it from “Your Cart”. However, once your order has been finalized by pressing the “Pay for Order” button, it's not possible for you to change or cancel it prior to dispatch. The order will be sent to you and then if required you could return it to us. Refer to our Returns Policy for procedure details. Indiger.com will always try to ensure that our customers are happy. If you have any problem with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make everything right.
No shipping fee is charged for all USA orders, and International orders will attract a freight service charge to your destination. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for further information.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT WEIGHT THE PACKAGE IS?
Please refer to the weight details listed within the product details. Please read and ensure accurate desired weight is selected.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE?
Unfortunately popular items do tend to sell out quickly online, so if you’ve seen something you must have, be sure to snap it up. However, if the item you are after is sold out, and you are a customer from USA, please contact Indiger.com USA at (516) 858-4760 and we can refer you to one of our retailers in your local area who is sure to have the product available for you to purchase.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If an item is "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2-4 weeks. Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3-7 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number. Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Pre-orders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery. Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again, most items ship within 2-4 weeks.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT CURRENCY?
All prices are quoted in American dollars and payable in American dollars and are inclusive of 8.25% Sales Tax (New York only) on all orders.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Your card will be debited at the time of you pressing the “Pay for Order” button. Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as “INDIGERCOM”. We also accept payments via PayPal.com or Amazon.com. All credits payments are processed via PayPal secure checkout. We DO NOT store your credit card details.
